Next month (only days away) the 2016 Franchise Report will come out on Realtors® & Brokers and I am anxious to see what the latest numbers are.
Did you know, in May, 2015….
- 57% of REALTORS® are affiliated with an independent, non-franchised company.
- While brokers and broker associates (63%) are most often affiliated with an independent, non-franchised company, sales agents (52%) are more evenly split between independent non-franchised and franchised companies.
- Less REALTORS® reported an affiliation with a franchised company (38%) than with an independent company (57%).
